Lee Hartman

Lee Hartman’s love for the sport of fly fishing began at an early age. Lee has done extensive exploratory fishing in Russia since 1990 to help establish sport fishing there. He continues to host annual trips to great fishing destinations throughout the world.

Lee’s first love however is the Upper Delaware River system, where, for the past 30 years he has worked and fished. He now owns Indian Springs Fly Fishing where he manages, guides and host anglers on the Upper Delaware River. An advocate for the Upper Delaware, Lee has twice served (1977 to 1985) (2002 to present) as Chairman of the Delaware River Committee for the PA Council of Trout Unlimited. His involvement with river flow issues began with NYS DEC experimental cold-water releases in 1977.
